Aqua Alpine Logo

Our founder Josh Norris has been travelling Japan since 1992, skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking all over this wonderful country. We know Japan and we love the culture, the food, the landscape and the people and we are passionate about helping you experience everything Japan has to offer.

JPC Travel Group was founded in 2007 when the company purchased Hotel and Land holdings in Nagano Japan the home of the 1998 Winter Olympics. After extensive renovations the company opened Aqua Alpine Hotel and Cottages. Aqua Alpine is Hakuba’s no 1 boutique hotel and has won a number of tourism awards including Japan’s best value Boutique Hotel with Trip Advisor. We have also been recognised for our service voted Top 5 of all hotels in Japan.

It’s from this dedication to service and our love of Japan that on July 1st 2011 Japan Powder Ski Holidays was born and became a registered travel agent. JapanPowder.com was swiftly launched soon after. Japan Powder Ski Holidays has grown to become the leading provider of Ski Holidays in Japan. We offer 18 Ski resorts areas and everything our customers need before and after their ski holidays including transfers, city accommodation, tours, flights etc. We provide a one stop, end to end Japan holiday solution saving you time and money on your Japan Holiday.

Our customers then asked us to help with other tours and holidays including Cherry Blossom viewing, the Golden Route Japan, sporting tours, cycling and walking tours as well as other great Japan Adventures and from this demand the next Chapter of JPC Travel Group was born. Rising Sun Adventures, our exciting new site with all year round holidays, adventures and touring will be launching in the 2nd half of 2018.

We are here to help you get the best out of your Japan Holiday, whether it be skiing famous Hokkaido powder or climbing Mt Fuji, so come and join us in visiting this unique and wonderful country!
